According to research, the Mediterranean Diet and DASH diet have been associated with the preservation of cognitive function. Are you aware of exactly how these diets affect brain health?

Our speaker, Katie Godin, RD, LDN, from LifeStyle Medical Center will be discussing how new research on the combination of these two diets termed “MIND Diet” can have powerful effects on healthy aging and slowing the progression of cognitive decline.

After a brief presentation, Godin will then be demonstrating how to make a Kale Kimchi Salad that pairs perfectly with any main dish!
