Recognizing and Promoting Self-Care and Burnout Prevention for Ourselves and Our Teams with the Return to Campus

Join UNC Well-Being Team to learn more about recognizing and responding to burnout within the workplace.


During this training we will:

  • Walk through ways to recognize what is stress versus burnout
  • Discuss methods to manage stress and burnout,
  • Review tools and techniques to practice self-care
  • Discuss tools and techniques to promote team-care
